Preheat oven to 350°F and slice the apples.
Dip the pork in the scrambled eggs and then breadcrumbs. Put the breaded pork in the casserole dish. Put enough apple cider in to halfway submerge the pork. Top with apples and a little bit of cinnamon. Cook for 30 minutes or until the center of the pork reaches 145°F.
